Polite notice as per our terms and conditions:
Appointments can be made at any time for any service, however, in the event of cancellation, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required (preferably by telephone or text message as messages sent via email are not always picked up in time). This will be the case for both client and therapist. Failure by the client to provide adequate notice of cancellation is subject to a £5 fee.

We realise that the adverse weather conditions and/or illness does not give you 24 hours in which to cancel your appointment as there is often no prior warning. If you rebook within a week of cancelling, we will waive the £5 fee.
